Position Overview Invicta Learning is hiring a skilled and passionate Java Trainer to lead a 40-day in-person training program in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Core and Advanced Java and experience delivering training sessions to college students or early-career professionals. Key Responsibilities Deliver structured, hands-on Java training sessions over a span of 40 days. Design daily lesson plans, coding assignments, and practice problems. Teach Core Java concepts with a strong emphasis on practical implementation. Introduce students to OOPs, JDBC, Exception Handling, Collections, and Multithreading. Optionally touch on Servlet, JSP, and basic project development. Address students’ doubts in real-time and encourage an interactive classroom environment. Track attendance, performance, and progress; provide timely feedback. Submit training reports to the Invicta Learning program coordinator. Topics to be Covered Core Java: Java Basics, Data Types, Operators Control Flow (if-else, loops, switch) Classes, Objects, and Constructors Inheritance, Polymorphism, Encapsulation, Abstraction Exception Handling Arrays and Strings Interfaces and Abstract Classes Java Collections Framework Multithreading File I/O Advanced Java (Optional/Introductory): JDBC (Database Connectivity) Servlet & JSP Basics (if time permits) Mini Project (based on topics covered) Candidate Requirements Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Core Java. Prior experience conducting Java training sessions or workshops is preferred. Excellent communication and classroom engagement skills. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent.
