## Job Title: Java Trainer ### Job Type: Full-Time

### Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and passionate **Java Trainer** to deliver high-quality training to students or professionals. The trainer will be responsible for teaching core and advanced Java concepts, guiding learners through practical coding exercises, and preparing them for real-world projects and interviews. ### Key Responsibilities: * Deliver training on **Core Java, Advanced Java, and Java frameworks** * Explain concepts with **real-time examples and hands-on coding** * Prepare and share **training materials, assignments, and assessments** * Conduct **coding sessions, doubt-clearing classes, and evaluations** * Mentor students on **projects, best practices, and problem-solving** * Track student progress and provide feedback * Stay updated with the latest Java technologies and trends ### Technical Skills Required: * Strong knowledge of **Core Java** (OOPs, Collections, Multithreading, Exception Handling) * Advanced Java concepts (**JDBC, Servlets, JSP**) * Frameworks: **Spring, Spring Boot, Hibernate** * Web technologies: **HTML, CSS, JavaScript (basic)** * Database knowledge: **MySQL / Oracle** * Tools: **Eclipse / IntelliJ, Git** * Understanding of **REST APIs** is a plus ### Eligibility & Experience: * Bachelor’s degree in **Computer Science / IT** or equivalent * **1–5 years** of experience in Java development or Java training * Prior **teaching or training experience preferred** * Industry experience is an added advantage ### Soft Skills: * Excellent **communication and presentation skills** * Ability to explain complex topics in a **simple manner** * Passion for teaching and mentoring * Good classroom or online session handling skills ### Preferred Qualifications (Optional): * Experience in **corporate training or online training** * Knowledge of **Microservices or Cloud (AWS/Azure)** is a plus * Java certification is an added advantage ### Salary: As per industry standards / Based on experience ### How to Apply: Interested candidates can apply with their updated resume. *
