Job Title: Teaching Assistant – Java (Junior Trainer) Location: Koramangala, Bangalore Company: Invicta Learning Duration: 27 Days About the Role: Invicta Learning is seeking 2 enthusiastic Teaching Assistants (TAs) for our Java training program in Bangalore. As a TA, you will support the lead trainer , assist learners during hands-on sessions, resolve doubts, and ensure a smooth classroom experience. You will not be required to facilitate or lead sessions , just assist. Key Responsibilities: Assist the lead trainer in managing classroom logistics and session flow Help learners with Java concepts, assignments, and coding exercises Clarify doubts during lab sessions and ensure all students stay on track Coordinate with the trainer to ensure timely delivery of session material Maintain discipline and ensure high learner engagement during sessions Eligibility Criteria: Strong understanding of Core Java, OOPs, and basic Data Structures Hands-on experience in Java programming (academic or professional) Good communication and interpersonal skills Willingness to assist, support, and work collaboratively in a training setup Freshers or candidates with 6 months–2 years of experience are welcome Additional Details: On-site role – Physical presence in Koramangala, Bangalore required Duration: 27 days Job Type: Contractual / Temporary Contract length: 27 days Pay: ₹1,000.00 - ₹1,200.00 per day Work Location: In person
