Driver Awareness & Safety Trainer

About the Program:

We are organizing a Driver Awareness & Safety Training program aimed at enhancing professionalism and accountability among cab drivers. The sessions will primarily focus on:

• Women Employee Safety protocols
• Traffic Rules and Compliance
• Behavioral Etiquette and Communication Skills

The objective is to create a safer, more respectful, and legally compliant transportation experience for corporate employees, especially women.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Conduct interactive training sessions for cab drivers (group of 15–25)
• Use real-life scenarios and role-plays to explain safety and behavior best practices
• Emphasize importance of traffic laws and responsible driving
• Reinforce gender sensitivity and respectful behavior toward women employees
• Provide simple, actionable communication tips to improve client interactions
• Use Hindi or regional language effectively for training delivery
• Maintain attendance and feedback logs
• Coordinate with company representatives for session scheduling and logistics

Requirements:

• Prior experience in driver training, RTO awareness programs, or corporate transport safety sessions
• Strong command over Hindi and/or local language (English optional)
• Ability to connect with blue-collar audience in a respectful and engaging manner
• Familiarity with women safety protocols, traffic rules, and soft skills training
• Experience using visual aids, handouts, or digital presentations for training
• Certification in Road Safety, Defensive Driving, or Soft Skills is a plus

Preferred Background:

• Former traffic police officers, transport trainers, or certified driving instructors
• Behavioral trainers with experience working with blue-collar workforce
• Retired RTO professionals or NGO representatives working in transport safety

Job Type: Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 1 week

Pay: ₹300.00 - ₹400.00 per hour
