Java Trainer

We are seeking a knowledgeable and enthusiastic Java Trainer to deliver high-quality training in Java programming to students or professionals. The trainer will be responsible for designing course content, conducting classroom or online sessions, and mentoring learners to build strong Java development skills aligned with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:Training & Instruction

• Deliver structured training sessions on Core Java, Advanced Java, and Java frameworks
• Explain programming concepts clearly with real-world examples
• Conduct hands-on coding sessions, labs, and practical exercises
• Train students on object-oriented programming (OOP) principles

Technical Coverage

• Core Java (JDK, JVM, JRE, Data Types, Control Statements)
• Object-Oriented Concepts (Inheritance, Polymorphism, Abstraction, Encapsulation)
• Exception Handling and Multithreading
• Collections Framework and Generics
• JDBC and Database Connectivity
• Advanced Java (Servlets, JSP)
• Frameworks such as Spring, Spring Boot, Hibernate (as applicable)
• Basics of Web Technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
• Version control using Git
• Introduction to tools like Maven, Eclipse, IntelliJ IDEA

Student Mentoring

• Provide individual guidance and doubt-clearing sessions
• Monitor learner progress and provide constructive feedback
• Support students with project development and interview preparation
• Assist in resume building and technical skill enhancement

Assessment & Evaluation

• Conduct regular assessments to evaluate student performance
• Review assignments and provide improvement suggestions
• Track attendance and performance records

Administrative & Collaboration

• Maintain training schedules and documentation
• Coordinate with academic and placement teams
• Participate in faculty meetings and training reviews

Required Skills & Qualifications:Educational Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field

Technical Skills

• Strong proficiency in Java programming
• Hands-on experience with Java frameworks and databases
• Good understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC)

Soft Skills

• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
• Passion for teaching and mentoring
• Ability to adapt teaching methods to different learning styles

Experience Requirements

• 1 years of experience in Java development or Java training
• Prior teaching or corporate training experience is an advantage

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
