Java Trainer

As a Java/.NET Trainer at Almamate Infotech in Noida, you will be responsible for designing and delivering comprehensive training programs in Java and .NET technologies. You will play a crucial role in mentoring learners, keeping them updated with current industry standards, and delivering tailored corporate training sessions. Your expertise in both online and offline training formats will be essential in supporting learners" technical skill development. **Key Responsibilities:** - Design, develop, and deliver customized training programs in Java and .NET. - Conduct in-person training sessions at the Noida office and online programs. - Deliver corporate training sessions based on client requirements and business use cases. - Develop curriculum, lesson plans, training materials, and assessments for effective learning. - Provide hands-on guidance through coding exercises, project work, and real-world examples. - Assess learners" progress and offer timely feedback to enhance their technical skills. - Stay updated with the latest trends, frameworks, tools, and best practices in Java and .NET ecosystems. - Support learners with doubts, career guidance, and interview preparation as needed. **Qualifications Required:** - Minimum 6 years of industry experience in software development with expertise in Java and/or .NET technologies. - At least 2-3 years of experience in delivering technical training in online and offline formats. - Prior experience in corporate training is mandatory. - Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for diverse learner groups. - Strong knowledge of databases, REST APIs, version control (Git), and development tools. - Professional certifications in Java/.NET are optional but preferred. In addition to the above, it would be nice to have experience with microservices architecture, DevOps basics, or cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and exposure to training management systems or EdTech platforms. A passion for mentoring and upskilling professionals and freshers will also be beneficial in this role.
