Java Software Engineer

About the Role

We are looking for a strong Java Developer with solid backend development experience and working knowledge of Camunda BPM. You’ll be responsible for building scalable microservices, integrating workflows, and driving automation initiatives across systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Java-based microservices using Spring Boot.
• Develop and integrate RESTful APIs for enterprise-grade applications.
• Implement and maintain Camunda BPM workflows and process models.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Optimize application performance and ensure high availability.
• Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and CI/CD processes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues in a timely manner.

Required Skills

• Strong expertise in Java (8 or above) with hands-on experience in Spring Boot, Spring MVC, and Microservices.
• Proficiency in REST APIs, JSON, and messaging frameworks (Kafka/RabbitMQ).
• Experience with Camunda BPM — including BPMN process modeling, deployment, and integration with Java-based services.
• Good understanding of SQL/NoSQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
• Familiarity with version control (Git), CI/CD tools, and Docker/Kubernetes.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience with cloud environments (AWS / Azure).
• Familiarity with Agile / DevOps practices.

Education

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
