Java Software Engineer

As a Java Developer at Talent Sourcers, a recruitment agency supporting talent requirements of organizations globally, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality software solutions using Core Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate, and Microservices. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to enhance system functionality, troubleshoot issues, and implement innovative solutions is a key aspect of this role. Key Responsibilities: - Design and develop features using Core Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate, and Microservices. - Create and optimize database schemas, views, and stored procedures. - Participate in user story grooming, design discussions, and solution proposals. - Maintain and enhance existing software by identifying and resolving defects. - Review business requirements and provide technical feasibility assessments and estimates. - Manage development and support activities effectively. Required Skills & Qualifications: - Strong understanding of OOP principles and system design. - Proficiency in Core Java, Spring Framework (Spring Boot), Hibernate/JPA, and Microservices. - Solid knowledge of design patterns and best practices. - Hands-on experience with JSP, Servlets, Web Services, and JUnit. - Experience working in Agile development environments. - Familiarity with JIRA, Git, and Maven.,
