Required Skills & Experience

• 8 to 12 years of IT experience with strong background in Java backend development.

• Deep expertise in Java 8+, Spring, Spring Boot, Microservices, REST APIs.

• Hands-on experience with Azure Cloud:

• Azure App Services, AKS, Azure Functions
• Cloud-native development (not just migration)
• CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps
• Strong understanding of

  data structures, algorithms, and system design

  .
• Knowledge of

  cloud security principles

  and regulatory requirements.
• Experience in

  large-scale modernization programs

  (AS400 to Java migration preferred).
• Proven ability to act as a

  technical SME

  while remaining hands-on in coding (~60% contribution).
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
