Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Senior Java Cloud & Microservices Engineer to design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade applications. The role involves working with Java 17+, Spring Boot 3.0+, Kafka, PostgreSQL, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP) with GKE, delivering scalable microservices and RESTful APIs in a hybrid work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain Java-based microservices using Spring Boot 3.0+.

Implement RESTful APIs for integration with frontend and other systems.

Work with Kafka for event-driven architecture and messaging.

Design and optimize PostgreSQL databases for performance and scalability.

Deploy and manage applications on GCP (GKE – Kubernetes Engine).

Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated builds, tests, and deployments.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile/DevOps environments.

Ensure application security, reliability, and performance in production.

Must-Have Skills:

Java 17+, Spring Boot 3.0+, Microservices

RESTful API development

Kafka for messaging and streaming

PostgreSQL database design and optimization

GCP with GKE (Kubernetes)

CI/CD knowledge (Jenkins, GitLab, or similar)

Good to Have:

Containerization with Docker

Monitoring tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK

Exposure to frontend frameworks (React/Angular)
