Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and maintenance of complex Java applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
• Mentor junior team members, conduct code reviews, and ensure adherence to best practices.

Required Skills

• Proficient in Java/J2EE development skills, including experience with JSP, JDBC, Spring Framework and Hibernate.
• Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts and design patterns.
• Excellent knowledge of relational databases, SQL and ORM technologies.
• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required, with a Master's degree preferred.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and AJAX.
• Familiarity with test-driven development (TDD) and continuous integration (CI/CD).
• Knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Experience with microservices architecture.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
• Knowledge of NoSQL databases like MongoDB, Cassandra, etc.
• Experience with Docker or Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with DevOps tools like Jenkins, Git, etc.
• Knowledge of RESTful and SOAP web services.
• Experience with UI/UX design.
