Job Description – Java Full Stack Developer with AWS Location: Hyderabad, India (Onsite – 5 days/week) Positions: 25 (Urgent Requirement) Experience: 5–8 Years Engagement Type: Offshore | Contract-to-Hire (6 Months) About the Opportunity We are urgently looking to onboard 25 experienced Java Full Stack Developers with AWS expertise for our client. Immediate joiners are preferred as these positions must be closed within the next two weeks. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and implement high-volume, low-latency applications using Java 8+ and Spring Boot. Build responsive and performant frontend interfaces with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and React/Angular/Vue.js. Integrate frontend components seamlessly with backend APIs. Utilize AWS cloud services (EC2, Lambda, S3, DynamoDB, RDS, SQS, SNS, CloudFormation) for scalable application development and deployment. Write clean, efficient, and well-documented full-stack code, ensuring high quality through comprehensive testing. Participate actively across all SDLC phases – requirements gathering, UI/UX collaboration, architecture, development, testing, and deployment. Collaborate with Product Owners, UX/UI Designers, and Architects to refine specifications and deliver high-quality solutions. Conduct code reviews, maintain coding standards, and mentor peers. Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance. Stay updated on emerging technologies in Java, AWS, and modern frontend frameworks. Drive continuous process improvement within the development team. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field. 5–8 years of professional experience as a Full Stack Developer. Strong proficiency in Java 8+, Spring Boot, and RESTful API design. Solid experience with AWS Cloud Services (EC2, Lambda, S3, RDS, DynamoDB, SQS, SNS, CloudFormation). Expertise in JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and at least one modern frontend framework (React/Angular/Vue.js). Hands-on experience with both relational and NoSQL databases. Proficiency with Git and Agile/Scrum methodology. Strong problem-solving ability, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. Additional Information Work Mode: Onsite at Hyderabad (mandatory, no remote option). Work Hours: 8 hours/day, 40 hours/week.
