Java Fullstack Developer - Trainer Position ( Part Time )

Key Responsibilities

• Design, plan, and deliver comprehensive training programs on Java full-stack development, including theoretical and practical components.
• Teach core Java concepts, advanced Java frameworks (e.g., Spring Boot, Hibernate), front-end technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Angular/React), and database management (e.g., MySQL, MongoDB).
• Create training materials such as slides, coding exercises, projects, and assessments.
• Conduct live coding sessions, workshops, and hands-on projects to reinforce concepts and improve students’ practical skills.
• Assess students' progress through assignments, quizzes, and projects, providing constructive feedback.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in Java development to ensure the curriculum remains relevant.
• Mentor students, resolve their technical queries, and guide them in building portfolio-worthy projects.
• Collaborate with the curriculum development team to enhance training content based on student feedback.

Qualifications and Skills

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Experience:
• 3+ years of professional experience as a Java Full-Stack Developer.
• Previous experience as a trainer, mentor, or instructor is a plus.
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in Core Java, Spring Framework, Spring Boot, Hibernate, REST APIs.
• Expertise in front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like Angular or React.
• Strong knowledge of databases (SQL and NoSQL).
• Familiarity with tools like Git, Docker, and cloud platforms is a bonus.
• Soft Skills:
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to explain complex concepts in a simple and engaging manner.
• Strong problem-solving and mentoring abilities.
