Primary Title: Java Developer (On-site | India)

About The Opportunity

A fast-growing firm in the IT services & software development sector, focused on delivering enterprise-grade backend systems and web applications for clients across domains including finance, e-commerce, and logistics. We build scalable, secure Java-based services and APIs that power mission-critical systems. This role is fully on-site in India and ideal for engineers who enjoy hands-on backend development, code ownership, and performance tuning.Role & Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain high-performance Java backend services and RESTful APIs using Spring Boot and related frameworks.
Implement and evolve microservice architectures: service decomposition, inter-service contracts, and fault-tolerant communication patterns.
Integrate with relational databases, design efficient SQL queries, and work with ORM (Hibernate/JPA) for data access.
Write clean, testable code and automated unit/integration tests; participate in code reviews and maintain coding standards.
Diagnose and optimize application performance, memory usage, and latency under real-world load.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (QA, DevOps, Product) to deliver features on an iterative Agile cadence.
