Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Java Lead / Senior Java Developer with 715 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate is a seasoned Java professional with strong technical depth, proven leadership capabilities, and hands-on expertise in designing, developing, and delivering large-scale enterprise applications. You will lead technical initiatives, mentor team members, and work closely with global stakeholders on a high-impact project for a Global Industrial Technology company based in Pune.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of enterprise-level applications using Core Java and Advanced Java frameworks.
• Architect robust, scalable, and secure solutions leveraging Spring Framework, design patterns, and best coding practices.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand requirements, define technical solutions, and ensure seamless project execution.
• Perform code reviews, optimize application performance, and ensure high-quality delivery.
• Provide technical mentorship, guidance, and support to junior developers and team members.
• Collaborate in an Agile development environment, participating in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and drive efficient problem-solving.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, tools, and processes within the team.
  

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience in Core Java and Advanced Java development.
• In-depth knowledge of Spring Framework and related technologies.
• Excellent understanding of architecture principles, design patterns, and system design.
• Proficiency in SQL and working with relational databases.
• Experience with Eclipse and other standard development tools.
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and modern SDLC practices.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to mentor and guide team members.
