Key Responsibilities

  • Full-Cycle Recruitment:

    Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Applicant Screening:

    Review and assess incoming applications to identify qualified candidates.
  • Talent Sourcing:

    Utilize platforms like LinkedIn and Boolean search techniques to identify passive candidates.
  • Candidate Engagement:

    Maintain effective communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
  • Collaboration:

    Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and provide suitable talent solutions.

Required Qualifications:

  • Education:

    Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any discipline.
  • Language Proficiency:

    Fluency in English and Japanese; certifications such as JLPT or NAT-TEST are advantageous.
  • Experience:

    0–2 years in recruitment or international call center environments.
  • Technical Skills:

    Proficiency in G Suite (Drive, Docs, Calendar, Sheets) and familiarity with research tools including LinkedIn and Boolean search.
  • Interpersonal Skills:

    Strong ability to build and maintain relationships across various departments.
