Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and execute

    IVR test cases

    using Cyara tools.
  • Automate functional, regression, and load testing for voice and digital customer journeys.
  • Validate call flows, prompts, speech recognition, DTMF, and customer experience across IVR systems.
  • Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and operations teams to gather requirements and define test strategies.
  • Conduct

    end-to-end testing

    of voice, SMS, chatbots, and omnichannel interactions where applicable.
  • Perform root cause analysis and log defects, track resolutions, and verify fixes.
  • Ensure seamless integration of IVR with backend systems (CRM, databases, CTI).
  • Monitor and report on test execution status, results, and KPIs to stakeholders.
  • Contribute to

    continuous test automation frameworks

    for IVR and contact center platforms.
  • Stay updated on Cyara platform upgrades and implement best practices.
