Job role: Service Now Developer

Experience: 7 - 12 Years

Location: Any LTIM office locations

Notice period: 0 - 15 Days

Role & responsibilities

• Minimum 7 to 12 years working experience with ServiceNow platform as a Developer in enterprise wide multitier ServiceNow production environment
• At least 5 years of experience in the IT Industry Experience as developer Dev lead.
• Working knowledge of cloud scripting languages preferably JavaScripts JSON.
• Excellent advance understanding and ability to script automated processes
• Agile Scrum methodology Experience
• Handson experience integrating ServiceNow with external systems
• Solid knowledge of JavaScript HTML CSS
• Portal Scripting in Angular JS
• CSS based UXUI design development
• Understanding of Angular based Client side Serverside scripts
• Client Side and ServerSide Scripting ie Catalog Client Script Business Rules Script Actions Script Includes etc
• Client and Server APIs ie GlideDialogWindow Glide Form Glide Aggregate GlideRecord etc
• Handson experience in ITSM Service Level Management Service Catalog Release Management Asset Management CMDB Event Management Orchestration Active Directory integration B2B Integration and Virtual Agent.
• Certification a plus
• ServiceNow Administration certification
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation specialist Various Tracks
• ServiceNow Service Portal Certification

• Reporting Dashboards
• Good understanding of Business Rules Client Scripts UI Policies UI Actions ACLs Best Practices
• Notifications Workflows
• Import Sets Transform Maps
• REST SOAP Integrations
• Service Portal Pages Widgets UI Macros
• Virtual Agent
• Client Server APIs Script Includes
• JavaScript AJAX AngularJS HTML CSS JSON Agile Scrum Knowledge
• Custom apps, integrations, portal/widget builds.
• Expertise in JavaScript/Glide API, Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies/Actions, Catalog Client Scripts, Flow Designer/Subflows, Background/Fix scripts.
• ServiceNow Citizen Developer
• ServiceNow Portal, CSM
• Java Script/Angular/CSS expert
• Custom Application Development minimum 2 projects end to end development exposure.
• ITSM/ITAM/HRSD/LSD/WSD/IRM/GRC/ Now Assist/ ITOM (other discovery),
• Any 2 or more modules
