AI Developer

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and optimize machine learning and deep learning models. Implement and fine-tune algorithms for various AI applications, including natural language processing (NLP), computer vision, and predictive analytics.
• Analyze large datasets to identify patterns and insights to drive business decisions. Ensure data quality and integrity throughout the AI development lifecycle.
• Work closely with product teams to integrate AI solutions into user-facing applications. Deploy AI solutions on cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and ensure scalability and performance.
• Optimize and fine-tune models for improved performance and scalability.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure the highest quality standards in development. Monitor and evaluate the performance of AI models in production.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning technologies. Conduct research to explore new AI techniques and methodologies that can be applied to business challenges.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior developers and team members.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and project scope. Communicate complex AI concepts and results to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
• Document AI models, algorithms, and processes to ensure knowledge sharing and maintainability.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java.
• Experience with AI frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, Scikit-learn).
• Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software engineering principles.
• Experience with cloud platforms and services (e.g., AWS SageMaker, Google AI Platform, Azure ML).
• Familiarity with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark) is a plus.
• Experience with NLP, computer vision, or reinforcement learning.
• Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools for AI/ML model deployment.
