Key Responsibilities
Project Leadership & Delivery

Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of enterprise applications, ERP systems, and mission-critical platforms
, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and business processes.

Manage complex digital transformation programs
, including cloud migrations, API-driven integrations, microservices adoption, and automation initiatives

Apply Agile methodologies
to accelerate delivery, enhance transparency, and achieve measurable business value.

Oversee all phases of the project lifecycle from feasibility assessment and solution design to deployment, stabilization, and benefits realization.
Digital Transformation & Technology Advancement

Direct modernization initiatives
encompassing cloud-native applications, SaaS platforms, and enterprise mobility solutions

Implement data-driven operating models
using advanced analytics, BI, and AI/ML tools

Drive application optimization
for scalability, resilience, and performance improvements.

Introduce emerging technologies
that enhance customer experience, process automation, and operational efficiency

Stakeholder & People Management

Collaborate with senior business leaders, enterprise architects, and external vendors
to align technology programs with strategic goals.

Build, mentor, and lead cross-functional teams
of analysts, developers, architects, and infrastructure specialists.

Foster collaboration between business and technical stakeholders
to ensure clarity and alignment.
Advanced Technical Oversight

Provide expert guidance on enterprise architecture, DevOps, CI/CD pipelines
, and application lifecycle management.

Ensure solutions adhere to security, high availability, and disaster recovery
standards, in line with compliance requirements.

Evaluate and select enterprise-grade solutions
based on frameworks such as TOGAF

Oversee system integration
across ERP, CRM, HRMS, payment gateways, and other critical platforms.
Risk & Governance

Identify and mitigate risks related to system downtime, data integrity, cybersecurity, and change management

Qualifications & Experience
Education:

Required:
Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology
, or a related field.

Preferred:
Master s degree in Technology or Business Management.
Certifications:

Mandatory:
PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification.

Preferred:
Agile / Scrum Master certification; ITIL certification is an added advantage.
Experience:

Minimum 10 years of IT project management
experience with strong exposure to enterprise application deployment
and digital transformation programs
