Job Title: Program Manager

Experience Level : 10 years+

Location: Onsite, Churchgate

Experienced program management professional for Digital projects for Logistics in my team for a year who will manage multiple projects parallelly.

Key responsibilities are:

Prepare detailed project plans, schedules, and resource requirement.
Manage cross-functional teams including SAP team, non-SAP team, Networking, Firewall, Cloud, IT security, Vendors.
Monitor project progress and adjust plans as needed to meet objectives.
Identify, highlight, and mitigate risks and issues throughout the project.
Up-to-date project status, risks, and milestones.
Post-project reviews, lessons learned.
Assembling required people on testing / trouble shooting calls.
Ticketing in the Adani ticketing tool for various services like, cloud provisioning, network related, IT security related, SAP/non-SAP changes related, etc.
Understanding of Logistics function.
Visit to business locations as needed.
