ITSM Developer

4+years of ServiceNow development experience

Key Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and implement

  ServiceNow ITSM solutions

  .
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Develop workflows, business rules, UI policies, and integrations specific to ITSM.
• Ensure platform

  performance, reliability, and data integrity

  .
• Provide technical expertise in troubleshooting, debugging, and resolving ITSM-related issues.
• Support

  system upgrades, enhancements, and customizations

  .

Required Skills & Experience

• 4+years of hands-on experience

  as a ServiceNow Developer, with at least

  3+ years in ITSM

  .
• Strong understanding of the

  ServiceNow platform

  and its development capabilities.
• Expertise in IT Service Management (

  Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge

  modules).
• Good scripting knowledge (

  JavaScript, Glide API

  ) and experience with

  REST/SOAP integrations

  .
• Ability to work independently in a

  remote setup

  while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Nice to Have

• Knowledge of

  ITIL processes

  and ITSM best practices.
• Exposure to other ServiceNow modules (CSM, ITOM, HRSD, etc.).
• ServiceNow certifications (Admin or ITSM-related).
