Multilingual Skills (Preferred): Leverage additional language proficiency for effective communication with international clients and vendors. Supplier Relationship Management: Maintain positive relationships with travel suppliers and coordinate service delivery to meet client expectations. Cost Recording & Invoicing Coordination: Accurately track service costs and work with the accounts team to validate invoices and manage timely payments.
