Destination Expertise: Possess solid knowledge of global travel destinations, local cultures, logistics, and travel regulations to offer informed advice. Multilingual Skills (Preferred): Leverage additional language proficiency for effective communication with international clients and vendors. Supplier Relationship Management: Maintain positive relationships with travel suppliers and coordinate service delivery to meet client expectations. Cost Recording & Invoicing Coordination: Accurately track service costs and work with the accounts team to validate invoices and manage timely payments. Knowledge Base: Extensive expertise in European and Asian destinations, including cultural, culinary, and offbeat experiences. Luxury Travel Insight: Clear understanding of what defines true luxury travel and how to differentiate it from conventional tours. Negotiation Skills: Strong ability to secure the best rates and added value from global suppliers. Research & Creativity: Passion for discovering unique destinations, properties, and experiences.
