Interact with clients over the phone, and email, offering sound advice and information related to products and destinations. Convert customer enquiries into bookings and generate revenue for the organization. Maximize profitability through negotiation with suppliers over prices and rates Deliver outstanding levels of customer service to exceed customer expectations. Provide regular reporting to management. Organize and attend tourism events, conferences, workshops, seminars and exhibitions. Constantly update/modify holiday experiences based on customer feedback.
