About the role: Prepare & deliver day-to-day Quotes to ensure customer satisfaction and to meet targeted timelines. Creating the end-to-end tailor-made Itinerary with no errors. Actively engage in briefing and debriefing Travel agents for each tour. To collect the payments for tour files as per payment policy. Coordinate & follow up with Foreign Agents. Maintain communication with FTOs for a better understanding of the client’s requirements. Maintaining good relations with Agents and suppliers. Manage records in the company's designed software/system on time including creating booking quotes, costing, etc. Ensure proper cost control within the stipulated timeline. Financial monitoring of all files. Promoting our vast range of products (Inbound/ Outbound). Working with Australian and New Zealand Agents (B2B). Job Requirements: · Candidate must be from the travel industry only. · A Diploma or degree in Business or Tourism Management. · Minimum 1-6 years experience within the travel industry B2B market working with Travel Agents and FTOs. (Mandatory) · Sales and Customer Service Oriented/Sales & Operations Superstar. · An eye for detail and a customer experience-driven approach. · Excellent written and verbal communication skills. · Excellent Negotiation, Contracting, and Interpersonal skills. · Cross-Cultural Exposure and behavioural skills. · A creative flair and high attention to detail. · Demonstrated ability to multitask within strict deadlines.
