MICE SALES

You are invited to join our team as a Manager OR Sr Manager MICE in Mumbai. Your primary responsibilities will include liaising with DMCs/Hotels to ensure rate competitiveness, staying updated on new market trends, negotiating market deals, and securing confirmations. You will be engaging in final negotiations with vendors to strengthen relationships, confirming booking details, and conducting product presentations to corporate clients for sales closure. Additionally, you will work closely with the Sales Team, accompanying them in client meetings to understand corporate requirements and develop detailed itineraries. You will also be responsible for managing customer and corporate group feedback, providing a thorough handover to the Operations Team, and supporting them in their tasks. Travelling with client groups to international destinations to meet their needs will also be part of your role. The ideal candidate should possess 10-18 years of experience in MICE Sales with a reputable Corporate Travel company, have excellent communication skills, and maintain a good database of major corporate clients in Delhi NCR. Experience in handling international groups is required for this position.
