Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in New Delhi for a MICE Sales position. The role involves daily tasks such as identifying and generating new business opportunities, managing existing client relationships, planning and coordinating meetings, incentives, conferences, and events (MICE), and providing exceptional customer service. The MICE Sales professional will also be responsible for achieving sales targets, developing sales strategies, and providing training to junior staff to enhance their sales capabilities.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Proven Sales and Sales Management skills
• Experience in developing and delivering effective Training programs
• Excellent organizational and planning skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of the travel industry and MICE sector is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Travel Management, or a related field
