Job Description

As an International Holiday Package Executive, your primary role will involve creating customised international travel itineraries, managing bookings, ensuring seamless coordination of travel logistics, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. Your responsibilities will include: - **Itinerary Design**: - Develop and customise international travel packages based on client preferences, interests, and budgets. - Plan detailed itineraries, including sightseeing, activities, accommodation, and transportation arrangements. - Research destinations to recommend unique experiences and trending attractions. - **Booking and Coordination**: - Manage end-to-end bookings for flights, hotels, transfers, attractions, and tours. - Coordinate with global suppliers, destination management companies (DMCs), and travel partners. - Ensure accuracy and timeliness in confirmations, vouchers, and travel documents. - **Customer Service**: - Provide outstanding service and assistance before, during, and after travel. - Address client queries, handle complaints professionally, and resolve on-trip issues promptly. - Build long-term relationships by maintaining consistent client communication and satisfaction. - **Sales and Marketing**: - Promote and sell international tour packages through various channels. - Maintain relationships with corporate and individual clients to achieve sales targets. - Support marketing efforts with content for promotions, offers, and social media campaigns. - **Logistics and Administration**: - Handle visa documentation, travel insurance, forex coordination, and related travel requirements. - Work closely with accounts and operations teams for the smooth execution of all tours. Qualifications and Skills: - Bachelor's degree in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field. - Minimum 1 - 3 years of experience in international tour operations or travel sales. - Strong destination knowledge (Asia, Europe, Middle East preferred). - Excellent communication and negotiation skills. - Proficiency in MS Office. - Ability to multitask, manage deadlines, and handle client expectations effectively. This position is located in Bhayandar West and requires 1 to 3 years of experience in the Travel & Tourism industry.,
