Role Description Design educational tour programs from India to Singapore. Align tours with and cultural learning goals. Customize programs based on school curriculum needs. Identify and liaise with vendors in Singapore (hotels, transport, institutions). Negotiate contracts and maintain service quality. Ensure vendor compliance and reliability. Prepare detailed cost estimates and pricing models. Optimize tour costs while ensuring quality. Coordinate with HOD, finance and sales for budget approvals. Travel with student groups to Singapore as the Tour Manager. Ensure smooth on-ground operations and student safety. Handle real-time problem-solving and coordination. Prior travel to Singapore and experience in outbound travel/tour operations highly preferred. Qualifications Graduate/Postgraduate in Travel, Education, or related field. Your primary role would be to identify new business opportunities and achieve sales target. Sales & Business Development Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth for leisure and cruise products in India. Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and analyze competitors. Achieve sales targets and revenue, ensuring alignment with overall company objectives. 2. Client Relationship Management Build and maintain strong relationships with travel agents, corporate clients, and key stakeholders. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective service and issue resolution. Work closely with clients to understand their needs and tailor solutions accordingly. 3. Product Knowledge & Promotion Develop expertise in cruise, outbound, including destinations, pricing, and promotions. Collaborate with the marketing team to create and promote sales materials. As a Corporate Loyalty Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to handle tele sales and acquire new accounts.
