As a Leisure Cruise Sales- Assistant Manager at STIC Travel Group, you will be responsible for developing sales and revenue growth by effectively promoting and selling high end luxury outbound packages & Cruises. Your primary role would be to identify new business opportunities and achieve sales target.


Your passion for travel, cruise industry knowledge, and sales expertise will be essential for success in this role.


1. Sales & Business Development

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth for leisure and cruise products in India.
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and analyze competitors.
  • Achieve sales targets and revenue, ensuring alignment with overall company objectives.

2. Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with travel agents, corporate clients, and key stakeholders.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective service and issue resolution.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their needs and tailor solutions accordingly.

3. Product Knowledge & Promotion

  • Develop expertise in cruise, outbound, including destinations, pricing, and promotions.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create and promote sales materials.
  • Participate in trade shows, events, and presentations to increase product visibility.

4. Reporting & Compliance

  • Ensure adherence to company policies and industry regulations in all sales activities.
  • Submit regular reports on CRM with DSR, sales performance, market conditions, and business development.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience in outbound / cruise sales and in-depth knowledge of destinations.
  • Excellent communication skill
  • Sales-driven and results-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Proficiency in sales software and CRM systems.
