Italian - Restaurant Manager

We are looking for a skilled Italian Restaurant Manager to join our team at Marriott International, Inc. The ideal candidate will have 4-7 years of experience in the hospitality industry.

• Manage daily operations of the Italian restaurant, ensuring excellent customer service and high-quality food.
• Supervise and train staff members to achieve exceptional performance and maintain a positive work environment.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase sales, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance overall guest experience.
• Maintain high standards of quality, hygiene, and safety in the dining area.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and resolve customer complaints promptly.
• Analyze sales reports, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to optimize business performance.

• Proven experience in managing Italian restaurants or similar establishments, with a strong background in hospitality management.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff.
• Strong knowledge of Italian cuisine, wine lists, and coffee menus, along with an understanding of local market trends and preferences.
• Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and maintain attention to detail.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems, inventory management software, and labor laws and regulations.
• A degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred, although other relevant qualifications may be considered.
