Job Description

About the Role:

IT Transformation Lead

Key Responsibilities:

Transformation Strategy & Planning

Define and execute the
IT transformation roadmap
in alignment with business objectives.
Assess existing IT systems, processes, and capabilities to identify
areas for modernization, automation, and optimization
.
Develop
business cases, KPIs, and success metrics
for transformation initiatives.
Collaborate with executive leadership to prioritize initiatives that maximize
ROI and organizational impact
.

Program & Project Leadership

Lead
cross-functional transformation programs
, ensuring successful delivery on time and within budget.
Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and dependencies.
Implement
change management practices
to ensure smooth adoption of new systems and processes.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in
IT strategy consulting or transformation advisory roles
.
Knowledge of
enterprise architecture frameworks
(TOGAF, Zachman).
Familiarity with
cybersecurity, data privacy, and regulatory compliance
in IT environments.
Experience with
automation, AI, RPA, or cloud migration programs
.
Professional certifications:
PMP, ITIL, TOGAF, Agile/Scrum
.
