IT Team Lead

Role Overview At HEXAARCH, we are looking for an IT Team Lead who will oversee day-to-day IT operations, manage development projects, and lead a team of developers, engineers, and support staff. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, leadership skills, and a problem-solving mindset. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage a team of developers and IT support staff. Oversee development projects from planning to deployment. Coordinate with stakeholders to gather technical requirements and ensure timely delivery. Ensure IT infrastructure is secure, stable, and scalable. Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions. Mentor team members, conduct code reviews, and promote best practices. Manage version control, documentation, and release cycles. Collaborate with other departments to support business needs and integrations. Required Skills & Qualifications: Minimum 3 years of experience in IT, with at least 1 year in a leadership or managerial role. Strong technical background in software development (preferably full-stack), networking, or infrastructure management. Proficiency with tools and technologies such as Git, Linux/Windows servers, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), and project tracking tools (JIRA, Trello). Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
