IT Team Lead

We're looking for an experienced developer to join our team and lead our software development department.

You should have solid hands-on experience with React.js and Node.js. If you know other technologies too, that's a bonus — but not a must.

This role is more than just coding — you'll be leading projects and managing a team of developers, so prior experience in a leadership or project management role is important.

We're also looking for someone who has worked across multiple domains — for example, if you’ve built platforms in e-commerce, healthcare, education, pharmacy, or medical etc.

What we're looking for:

• Strong experience with React.js and Node.js
• Prior proven experience in leading a dev team and managing projects
• Exposure to various domains (e.g. e-commerce, healthcare, education, etc.)
• Team lead skills and knowledge of project managing tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
