Job Description

& responsibilities:

IT Infrastructure Management

Maintain and administer servers, storage devices, switches, routers, firewalls, and Wi-Fi infrastructure.
Ensure high uptime and smooth functioning of IT systems across office & plant.
Perform periodic upgrades, firmware updates, patches, and system hardening.
Maintain IT asset inventory and lifecycle management.

Cyber Security Management

Implement and monitor organizational cyber security policies and standards.
Manage firewalls, endpoint security, email security gateways, antivirus, and EDR/XDR solutions.
Conduct regular vulnerability scans, risk assessments, and remediation.
Monitor network traffic and alerts for potential cyber threats.
Manage user access control, MFA, password policies, and privileged access.
Ensure data backup strategy, encryption practices, and disaster recovery readiness.
Respond to cyber incidents, investigate root causes, and implement corrective actions.

. IT Operations & Support

Manage user accounts (AD, Office 365, ERP, VPN).
Provide L1/L2 support for desktops, laptops, printers, and application issues.
Ensure proper installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT hardware/software.
Handle IT procurement and vendor coordination.
Maintain documentation of IT processes, architecture, and network diagrams.

Compliance & Audit

Ensure compliance with ISO 27001, internal security policies, and statutory IT guidelines.
Prepare audit reports and coordinate with internal/external auditors.
Maintain incident logs, access logs, and security monitoring records
