Install, configure, and maintain servers (Windows/Linux) and related infrastructure.
Administer and support
Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online (Office 365 email)
, Teams, and SharePoint.
Manage email accounts, distribution lists, and security policies for Office 365.
Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high availability of IT services.
Implement and manage system security, including firewalls, antivirus, and access controls.
Perform regular backups and disaster recovery planning.
Maintain and update network equipment such as routers, switches, and firewalls.
Provide technical support and resolve hardware/software issues for employees.
Document system configurations, processes, and incident resolutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Degree or Diploma in
Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline

Solid understanding of
Windows and Linux operating systems

Proficiency with
MS Office applications

Ability to perform
hardware diagnostics
