Job Description

Job Summary:

The Mechanical Design Engineer will be responsible for the design, development, and

optimization of mechanical systems and components within our R&D department. The ideal

candidate will have a strong background in mechanical engineering principles, proficiency in

SolidWorks 3D modeling and simulation, and experience with prototype development and

testing, including 3D printing.

Role & responsibilities

Create detailed mechanical designs and specifications using Solid Works and 3-D modelling.
Develop innovative solutions to complex engineering problems.
Lead the design and development of Design transmission system and hardware.
Perform simulation and analysis using Ansys/HyperMesh/Any simulation tool to optimize mechanical designs and ensure structural integrity.
Knowledge in kinematics and calculations for complex mechanical assemblies, ensuring precision and reliability in performance.
Collaborate with teams to translate customer specifications into efficient, effective product designs that meet industry standards.
Generate and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including test reports, project files, and production-ready drawings.
Support large-scale production with detailed design specifications, ensuring alignment with ISO and ASTM material requirements.
