What We're Looking For: (Key skills)

• Strong IT foundation across

  Windows, Linux & macOS

  with excellent troubleshooting skills.
• Hands-on experience with

  Office 365

  (Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive) and

  Active Directory/Azure AD

  .
• Skilled in

  networking, firewalls, VPNs, endpoint management, backup & disaster recovery

  , with a problem-solving mindset.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

  to collaborate effectively with internal teams.

What You'll Do: (Roles and Responsibilities)

• Manage servers, storage, networks, and Office 365 environments across

  on-premises and cloud

  .
• Configure & secure IT systems, and provide support to internal teams including

  remote workers

  .
• Oversee patching, updates, IT assets, backups, disaster recovery, and maintain

  documentation for compliance

  .
