Job Description

Participatesin the deelopment and implementation of business strategies for IT which arealigned with Radisson s oerall mission, ision alues, and strategies

Troubleshootsand proides technical support

Trains managers and staff on use of hotel applications

Troubleshoots common problems and works with the corporate helpdesk andinfrastructure teams to resole IT issues

Schedules and shares timing/impact of changes with appropriate hotelstaff

Maintains hotel user accounts in Opera, Connect, Radisson LearningNetwork, and other hotel applications

Maintainsaailability and security of networks throughout the hotel

Monitors wireless network for hotel guests and employees

Keeps networks compliant with corporate guidelines

Maintains network security

Stayscurrent on technical updates and changes to hotel utilized applications

Attends training and certification updates to hotel applications

Reiews updates proided by software and hardware endors

Relays important information and timing of new releases, system repairs,and downtime

Establishesand maintains IT endor relationships

Work with enders to troubleshoot and resole issues

Periodically submit requests for proposals (RFP) to new and existingendors for IT-related supplies and serices
