We are currently seeking a highly experienced and motivated IT Support to join our dynamic team at Jin Nai Apparel.

Position Overview: An IT Support position involves providing technical assistance to users by diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network issues. Key responsibilities include offering help desk support, maintaining and upgrading systems, and managing software and hardware installations. IT support professionals also troubleshoot technical problems, assist with system setups, and ensure security protocols are followed.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide 1st level technical support to end-users.
• Troubleshooting hardware, software and network issues promptly and effectively.
• Install, configure and maintain servers, computer systems, networking device and software applications.
• Assist in IT asset management, including inventory tracking and maintenance.
• Conduct regular system maintenance tasks, such as software updates, patches, and backups.
• Setting up new user’s email/user account and computer system with proper access rights assigned.
• Maintain the existing PCs and peripherals by performing upgrade and new installation.
• Responsible for purchasing, upgrading and maintenance of IT infrastructure.
• Assist with IT projects and initiatives including system upgrades and new technology implementations.

Job Requirements:-

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or IT related field.

Experience:

• At least 2 years of working experience in the IT Support roles.

Skills:

• Basic understanding of computer hardware, operating systems and software applications.
• Familiarity with networking concepts and devices.
• Basic knowledge of Routers/Switches diagram and firmware upgrade procedure
• Familiarity with common office software and IT troubleshooting techniques.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
