Job Description

Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and other hardware.
Install, configure, and maintain software applications and operating systems
Maintain inventory of hardware and software assets.
Set up new user accounts, permissions, and passwords in Active Directory or other systems.
Ensure all support requests are logged, tracked, and resolved in a timely manner.
Educate and train users on best practices and IT policies.
Support basic server and cloud-based systems under guidance from senior staff.
Assist in the evaluation, deployment, and implementation of new software and systems.
