Industrial Engineer/ Lean Executive

We are looking for a highly experienced and motivated IE/Lean Executive to join our dynamic team at Jin Nai Apparel. Industrial Engineers play a crucial role in enhancing operational efficiency and resource utilization to ensure competitiveness in various industries. They are responsible for analyzing processes, streamlining workflows, conducting time studies, optimizing layouts, improving quality, reducing costs, providing training, analyzing data, ensuring safety compliance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. **Job Responsibilities:** - Conduct process analysis to enhance efficiency and quality in sewing production processes. - Develop and implement workflow plans for productivity optimization and waste reduction. - Perform time and motion studies to set production standards. - Design and optimize production layouts to improve flow and reduce material handling. - Collaborate with the quality assurance team to address quality issues. - Identify cost-saving opportunities through process improvements and resource optimization. - Develop training programs for staff and ensure adherence to production standards. - Utilize data analysis tools to monitor production metrics and recommend improvements. - Ensure safety compliance and promote a culture of safety within the production team. - Work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve company goals. **Job Requirements:** **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field. **Experience:** 3+ years in a manufacturing environment, preferably in sewing or apparel production. **Skills:** Strong knowledge of production processes, experience in textile or apparel industries, familiarity with quality management systems, project management skills, proficiency in data analysis software, problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, excellent communication and interpersonal skills. **Language:** Proficient in English and local language. **Others:** Willingness to travel for work. **Job Type:** Full-time **Schedule:** Day shift, Monday to Friday **Work Location:** In-person at Chennai, Tamil Nadu **Application Deadline:** 14/10/2024,
