Job Description

Role Overview: You will be responsible for providing customer-facing IT support, including diagnosing and troubleshooting basic technical issues. Your role will require excellent problem-solving and multitasking skills, as well as a customer-oriented attitude and strong communication skills. Key Responsibilities: - Diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues - Utilize ticket logging tools for issue tracking - Coordinate with vendors to log tickets with OEMs and follow up for ticket closure - Monitor alerts, follow up, and ensure timely closure of calls - Utilize investigation analysis to address issues - Provide basic laptop configurations and repairs - Demonstrate knowledge in O365 and M365 apps - Understand drivers, patches, and tools download from OEM websites - Offer basic networking and anti-virus support for clients - Perform desktop hardware troubleshooting and part replacement - Install printers/scanners, hubs/switches Qualifications Required: - 1-2+ years of experience in customer-facing IT support - Bachelor's degree in computer science or related engineering field - Fluent in English - Knowledge of ticket logging tools - Familiarity with ITIL - Experience with desktop hardware troubleshooting and part replacement - Understanding of basic networking and anti-virus support Additional Details: N/A,
