As a BIM Architect at our studio in Bangalore, you will be responsible for supporting foreign architectural firms on a variety of projects in locations such as the USA. Your role will involve working on diverse projects including residential high rise, low rise, commercial buildings, schools, and sports facilities. These projects are typically of medium to large scale and require collaboration with multiple team members across different locations. Your primary tools will include Revit and other software within the BIM ecosystem. Your main responsibilities will include developing models and drawings based on design information provided by foreign architectural firms. This will involve design development, coordination, and working closely with the project teams. While the focus is not on project design in India, it is crucial that you have the ability to think like an architect rather than just a draftsman. To excel in this role, you should have experience in designing and documenting residential and commercial projects. You will be required to prepare working drawings, create and modify plans, elevations, and other relevant drawings. Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit is essential, and knowledge of advanced architectural design software such as Revit Architecture, Google SketchUp, or other 3D modeling/ rendering tools will be advantageous.
