Job Description

Role Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and knowledgeable IT Support Executive to join our IT team. The candidate should have strong technical expertise in networking, online meeting platforms, live streaming, and end-user support. The role involves handling multiple IT-related responsibilities, from webinar management to network maintenance, ensuring smooth operations and seamless technical support across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and support multiple webinars simultaneously, including Zoom hosting and link creation/mapping.
  • Provide end-to-end support for online meetings, webinars, and live streaming events (Zoom, YouTube, OBS (open broadcast system)).
  • Upload, manage, and update videos on YouTube and organizational websites.
  • Handle video/audio uploads and update relevant links on websites.
  • Support YouTube live streaming through CIF Channels.
  • Coordinate with vendors for network-related requirements, including obtaining quotes and facilitating purchases.

· Configure, monitor, and maintain network devices such as switches, routers, and firewalls.

· Ensure LAN/WAN connectivity, wireless access point management, and VPN configuration for secure remote access.

· Troubleshoot and resolve network performance issues, connectivity failures, and security alerts

  • Oversee network material purchase, installation, and maintenance.
  • Install and maintain CCTV cameras and related equipment.
  • Maintain IT inventory and documentation.
  • Create and manage user email IDs and provide support for end-user email issues.
  • Provide projector setup and technical support for auditoriums and special events.
  • Ensure timely resolution of IT issues and provide ongoing support to staff.

Required Skills & Knowledge:

  • Strong computer knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot hardware/software/networking issues.
  • Hands-on experience with online meeting platforms (Zoom, Teams, Google Meet, etc.).
  • Knowledge of OBS and streaming software for YouTube/live streaming.
  • Familiarity with website content updates (basic CMS or upload tools).
  • Good understanding of networking fundamentals (LAN, WAN, routers, switches).
  • Experience with CCTV installation and maintenance is an added advantage.
  • Ability to multitask and handle multiple events with attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills to support end-users effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree/diploma in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in IT support or related roles.
  • Certification in networking (CCNA or equivalent) is a plus.
