Salary: ₹4.5 LPAQualification: BCA / B.Tech (IT, CS, or related field)Location: Muthoot Finance Corporate Office LingarajapuramJob Description-We are looking for an experienced IT Support Engineer to provide technical assistance, network troubleshooting, and system support across the organization. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in IT infrastructure, end-user support, and CCTV systems.Key Responsibilities-Provide L1/L2 technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and peripheralsTroubleshoot and resolve network issues (LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches)Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, software, and applicationsManage user accounts, system access, and basic security policiesInstall, configure, and maintain CCTV cameras, NVR/DVR systems, and monitoring toolsMonitor system performance and ensure uptime and reliabilityHandle IT asset management and documentationCoordinate with vendors for hardware/software procurement and supportEscalate complex issues to higher-level support when requiredEnsure compliance with IT policies and security standardsRequired Skills & Knowledge-Strong knowledge of Windows OS, basic Linux (preferred)Hands-on experience in network troubleshooting and supportExperience with software installation, upgrades, and patchesKnowledge of CCTV installation, configuration, and troubleshootingUnderstanding of hardware troubleshooting (PCs, printers, network devices)Good communication and documentation skillsAbility to work independently and handle multiple support ticketsPreferred Skills (Good to Have)Knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, DHCPBasic understanding of firewalls and network securityIT certifications (CCNA, CompTIA, Microsoft) are a plus
