Key Responsibilities

IT Support

• Provide L1/L2 technical support to users for hardware, software, and network issues.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
• Perform OS installation, patching, and updates (Windows/Linux).
• Monitor system performance and ensure high availability of IT services.
• Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation.

Network Support

• Basic troubleshooting of switches, routers, firewalls, and Wi-Fi APs.
• Perform routine network checks, connectivity testing, and cabling work.

CCTV Support

• Install, configure, and maintain CCTV cameras (IP/Analog) and NVR/DVR systems.
• Monitor the health of CCTV infrastructure and perform preventive maintenance.
• Troubleshoot camera failures, network video issues, storage problems, and recording errors.
• Ensure proper placement, angle configuration, and optimized camera performance.
• Work with security and facilities teams for CCTV expansion and upgrades.

Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain logs of IT service requests, incident reports, and CCTV maintenance records.
• Create SOPs, technical documentation, and network/CCTV diagrams.

Required Skills & Experience

• 13 years of experience in IT support roles.
• Strong knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office, and basic Linux commands.
• Good understanding of TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, VPN, and routing basics.
• Experience with CCTV technologies: IP cameras, NVR/DVR, ONVIF, VMS platforms.
• Familiarity with network cabling (Cat6/OF), PoE switches, and camera power systems.
• Ability to diagnose hardware faults and perform component-level troubleshooting.
• Strong communication and customer-handling skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certifications: CCNA, CompTIA A+/N+, MCSA, or equivalent.
• Experience with access control, biometric systems.

• Good communication skills; multilingual candidates (Hindi, Telugu, English, Malayalam, Tamil) preferred.
