Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Branch Manager, located in Kerala, India. The Branch Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily branch operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and achieving sales targets. The role involves managing staff, handling customer inquiries, processing loan applications, maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements, and developing strategies to boost branch performance. The Branch Manager will also be involved in community outreach to promote the company's services. Qualifications Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent customer service and relationship-building abilities Experience in sales and achieving financial targets Knowledge of financial products, especially gold loans and SME loans Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field Experience in the financial services sector is highly preferred Show more Show less
