Description
We are looking for an EUC (End User Computing) Support Engineer with 2 to 5 years of experience to provide technical support and ensure seamless IT operations for end users. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with troubleshooting desktops, laptops, software, and user applications, along with strong knowledge of IT service management. Key Responsibilities: Provide L1/L2 support for end-user devices, including desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals. Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows & macOS operating systems and applications. Manage Active Directory (AD), user accounts, and permissions . Troubleshoot Office 365, email, VPN, network connectivity, and printing issues . Support collaboration tools like MS Teams, Zoom, and Citrix . Deploy and maintain SCCM, Intune, and other endpoint management tools . Ensure compliance with IT security policies and provide end-user training. Document issues, solutions, and best practices in the IT service management system (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira, etc.) . Required Skills & Qualifications: 2 to 5 years of experience in an EUC support role. Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, macOS, and M365 applications . Experience with Active Directory, Group Policies, and remote desktop tools . Understanding of ITIL processes and ticketing tools . Excellent problem-solving and communication skills .
