Roles and responsibility - Attend and manage leads (Doctors & Non-Doctors) from the ticketing tool, and explain course and payment details Attend walk-in clients, resolve queries, and convert them into admissions Register new clients and coordinate with the administration team for further processing Drive final sales closure and report updates to management Follow up on payments and share received details with the admin department Achieve and exceed sales targets on a monthly basis Assign sales goals to your team and ensure targets are met Handle team queries and provide necessary support Recruit and train counsellors as per business needs Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team for high performance Identify market trends and competitor insights to drive strategy Prepare and present sales reports to the management Collaborate with marketing and operations teams.
Install & maintain IT hardware/software. Troubleshoot issues, manage backups & antivirus, support users, monitor servers & networks. Maintain attendance systems, secure digital access, handle vendors, track IT assets, and provide user guidance.
